This podcast aims to clarify the position in relation to calculating holiday pay following the recent decisions of the Court of Justice of the European Union and the Employment Appeal Tribunal. It considers: what is to be included when calculating holiday pay; what qualifies as a series of deductions; how a series can be broken; how the UK government has reacted to the decisions and an analysis of specific regulations; and some practical tips for employers and employees going forward.
