This course will provide guidance on case management in family law cases involving actual or potential child abduction for family law solicitors or lawyers with an interest with the practical issues in this area. It is primarily aimed at practitioners with an intermediate level of knowledge and experience of the area.

In this podcast we interview Clare Renton, a barrister practising in family law in 29 Bedford Row Chambers.
