This podcast serves to outline the appropriate procedural considerations when looking to establish a commonhold but with and without incumbent unit holders. It then goes on to analyse the differences between leasehold and commonhold with regard to management consideration and and disputes that arise between unit holders or between unit holders and the commonhold association.
