This podcast aims to outline the duties and responsibilities of directors of public and private companies where a company is in financial difficulties. It considers the advice that directors should give the board if a company suspects that it is going to be in financial difficulty, the implications of a company being unable to pay its debts, the circumstances in which members of the board may incur personal liability and sets out when a director may be disqualified.

Outcomes:
