This podcast aims to provide a detailed introduction to Control Orders, including the different types of Control Orders and how they can be both made and challenged. The podcast also discusses the Special Advocate procedure and explains how this works in relation to Control Orders. Finally the podcast looks at recent case law on Control Orders and offers some commentary regarding the impact of those judgments.
