This podcast is aimed at all practitioners interested in civil litigation and costs. It aims to cover, the role of costs draftsmen and the relationship with the solicitors who have conduct of the litigation when drawing up a bill of costs and points of dispute, how to protect one’s position on costs, knowing which are the soft areas a paying party might want to attack when putting in points of dispute and the importance of cost estimates.
