This podcast considers Costs Estimates and Costs Budgets. Nick McDonnell from JustCosts Solicitors will look at the Civil Procedure Rules and Costs Practice Directions as they stand today together with some relevant case law and consider how to achieve best practice to maximise costs and avoid pitfalls. Nick will also look at what has happened so far in civil litigation in terms of Costs Budgets and how that can tell us what the future holds.
