This podcast aims to explain the amendments to the Civil Procedure Rules brought about by the 50th update. Changes have been made to a large number of policy areas, the most relevant and important relating to expert evidence and claims for additional liabilities. This podcast explains the changes in these two areas and then touches more briefly on the other changes which have been introduced.
