This podcast focuses on some specific cultural rules that can dictate business transactions in another country. It will touch on issues such as appropriate levels of formality and time management, the difference between high and low context cultures in a meeting, appropriate etiquette regarding business cards, lunch, meeting culture, greetings and goodbyes.
The podcast also addresses some interesting discussion of cross cultural expectations when negotiating, the use of litigation and attitudes to agreements and contracts.
