In this podcast, the second of our three part series on cross border insolvency, Ben Griffiths talks about the cross border insolvency regime outside the EU. He examines the provisions of the 2006 Cross Border Insolvency Regulations which apply to all cross border insolvencies which do not fall within the scope of the EU Regulation and the cases that have given guidance on how the regulations have been applied by the English courts.
