This podcast aims to cover recent issues in Sports law. The first is the question of when an athlete’s behaviour will constitute a ‘failure to submit to sample collection’ under the World Anti-Doping Code. The second is the controversial Kaisa Varis ruling from March 2009 and the consequences of anti-doping organisations and laboratories not sticking strictly to their own rules and regulations.
