Course Aims:

This CPDcast provides an update on current dangerous dogs legislation. It outlines recent amendments and discusses recent case law as well as detailing useful guidelines which practitioners can use in this area. Particular consideration is given to offences under the act, sentencing, defences and destruction orders.
