This podcast aims to inform the listener of the current European legal requirements when data is transferred outside of Europe. It attempts to give practical advice regarding when such offshore data transfers arise, and how they should be dealt with. It also aims to inform the listener of the statutory requirements that govern the contents of clauses in an outsourcing agreement. Further, it aims to help the listener understand the potential Data Protection issues that may arise after the contract is completed.
