This CPDcast aims to provide practitioners with a general discussion of the types of discrimination which can arise in a sporting context. It serves as an introduction to some of the key issues concerning discrimination which arise in sport. Specifically the podcasts discusses discrimination in relation to employment- specifically in the context of football and the under-representation of minority groups, as well as issues of racism, sexism, homophobia, unequal pay and mental health.

Outcomes:
