This podcast aims to explore the key provisions of the Electronic Communications Code and what it means for those in property law and telecoms. It addresses some of the unusual features of the Code that provides rights of access to telecoms operators over private land to site equipment. It addresses how that access is obtained, how to avoid a court process and the rights of occupiers.

- Know about the role of the local planning authority when it comes to siting particular equipment;
