This podcast mini-series is aimed primarily at employment lawyers but is likely to be of interest to any practitioner interested in law reform generally. In a lively and engaging and insightful session, 3 employment practitioners debate the current issues affecting UK employment law. Part 1 focuses on dismissal rights, protected conversations and tribunals while Part 2 focusses on on TUPE, compromise agreements, redundancy and critiques how the UK deals with employment law reform.
