This podcast aims to provide a detailed introduction to employment mediation. It sets out the advantages of using mediation and gives the listener some guidance as to what kind of claims are most amenable to the mediation procedure. It provides an introduction to each of the four types of mediation and explains when each should be considered.

Outcomes:
