This podcast is aimed at those interested in employment law or those who advise clients where the loss of a senior employee, director or partner might cause damage to the business. This podcast (Part 2) continues to explore the consequences of the hypothetical factual scenario in Part 1 of an unexpected departure. It addresses the processes by which an employer can establish whether there has been any breach of duty by an employee, what consequences that may have in terms of injunctive relief and how to protect valuable information going to a competitor.
