In this CPDcast David Reade QC of Littleton Chambers will provide an update on Equal pay claims in the NHS. David will begin by explaining how NHS litigation will be affected by the coming into force of the Equality Act 2010, he will then consider the Agenda for Change and the challenges this has faced in recent litigation. He will also consider the relevance of time limits in NHS equal pay claims and the issues arising from the genuine material factor defence.
