In this podcast, we interview George Hepburne Scott, a barrister at 7 Bell Yard who specialises in extradition law. The interview deals with the procedures for extradition from the UK. All extraditions from the UK are governed by the Extradition Act 2003 and in the interview the provisions of Part I and Part II of the Act are explored. It deals with both category 1 and category 2 territories under the Act and the procedural requirements for extradition.
