This podcast is aimed at personal injury or clinical negligence. It aims to explore the distinguishing features of a fatal accident and the various regimes under which those left behind might claim some compensation. Part 2 will focus the items of loss that can be claimed under the Fatal Accidents Act 1976, looking further at the concept of ‘dependency’ and concludes with some tips about the practical tips and aspects of bringing a fatal accident claim.
