This CPDcast aims to introduce listeners to the new FIFA and FA regulations on working with intermediaries. The podcast will be useful to those who advise intermediaries/players’ agents, football clubs, players and football associations. The podcast covers various aspects of the new regulations including: key changes; requirements on intermediaries; analysis of certain terms; potential issues; and controversial aspects of the regulations.
