This podcast aims to provide practitioners with a discussion of the criminal offence of forced marriage. It covers various elements of the offence including the act itself and how it can be distinguished from arranged marriage; the legislation which governs forced marriage; the victims and offenders; the motivations behind the act of forced marriage; forced marriage protection orders; investigations and prosecutions; and the one chance rule.

Outcomes:
