This CPDcast aims to act as a practical guide for practitioners involved in financial remedies and the associated proceedings. The second part of this course covers the remainder of the first appointment; experts; expert evidence; financial dispute resolution proceedings; and the final hearing. Listeners are provided with guidance and practical tips on each of the relevant stages, as well as some handy do’s and don’ts.
