This podcast outlines the far-reaching effects of the French Parliament’s decision in July 2011 to introduce reporting obligations on trustees acting for trusts with French resident beneficiaries, French resident settlors or French situs assets. It also addresses the changes that have been made to the social security contributions in France relating to capital gains tax.
