Course Aims:

This podcast aims to inform listeners about the difficulties in funding civil litigation which are exacerbated when the Claimant is not a single person but many, grouping together to mount a class claim. In this candid discussion, David Green will explain the issues and how they can be overcome to mitigate the risk to Claimants. It will look to the future to see what proposals may find traction with the new Government following the General Election in May 2010.
