Course Aims:

This podcast is aimed at those interested in group litigation in consumer or competition claims. Bar the important Court of Appeal decision in Emerald – which is discussed in this podcast – it’s been a fairly quiet period for group claims in the UK. This podcast explores whether the UK may be losing ground to other more favourable jurisdictions in which to bring mass claims.
