This podcast is aimed at practitioners interested in current developments within healthcare regulation and the ongoing process of change for doctors and other regulators since the regulatory crisis brought about by Harold Shipman. This will include an examination of how the Health and Social Care Bill 2011 will impact on healthcare regulation, including developments promoted by the General Medical Council and other regulators.
