Course Aims:

This podcast is suitable for any practitioner involved in employment litigation and suggests some of the key considerations to bear in mind when advancing a high worth claims. It will address practical points concerning the management of the client’s expectations, valuing a case, witness preparation, joinder and costs. The podcast will also address what steps go into preparing for a final remedies hearing and what might be on the table by way of remedy to the Claimant.
