This podcast aims to introduce the listener to HMRC's Litigation and Settlement Strategy or LSS. This documents sets out the approach the Revenue will take to the resolution of tax disputes either by litigation or settlement. The podcast will focus on how taxpayers and their advissors can use the LSS to tactical advantage when dealing with the Revenue.
