This enlightening podcast serves to analyse some important recent House of Lords immigration and asylum rulings in the context of human rights. Key among these are the recent cases of Chikwamba on the removal of pending applicants to their home jurisdictions and the case of Beoku-Betts on the rights of persons affected by immigration decisions.
