Course Aims:

This podcast aims to provide a practical guide to the new provisions in the Insolvency Amendment Rules 2010. This is latest part of the wider revision, modernisation and consolidation of insolvency procedure which is intended to culminate in a new procedural code in 2011. It will address the key revocations and replacements regarding service, meetings and the remuneration of administrators.
