This podcast is aimed at those interested in the International impact of the Bribery Act 2010. It will consider the provisions under the Act, its application outside of the UK, comparisons with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act 1977, penalties following conviction, the relevance of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 and the civil actions of Bribery and Corruption.
