This podcast aims to introduce the listener to the topic of International Relocation. It will consider the circumstances in which leave to remove applications tend to arise and set out the relevant law and procedure. The podcast will consider what an applicant will need to show in order to succeed in a relocation application and conversely, how to oppose such an application.

Outcomes:
