It looks at how internet harassment can be defined and the key areas of legislation that can offer an individual protection such as the Malicious Communications Act and the Protection from Harassment Act. The podcast also discusses the concept of indirect harassment an the options available to parties where the perpetrator of the harassment cannot be found. before reviewing the range of provisions currently available.
