In this two part CPDcast series, Carl Rohsler, a Partner and Head of Gambling at Hammonds LLP discusses International Gambling. In part one Carl discussed the chief characteristics of international gambling and briefly examined the narrow approach of the UK to gambling. In this part he examines the approaches of France and the US and provides a methodology for approaching the legal analysis of international gambling issues. Carl also considers some of the supra-state organisations that impact upon international gambling.
