This podcast aims to give the listener an overview of the judicial review procedure with regard to inquests. It will examine the powers of the court and the circumstances under which the court can take action on a coroner's decision. The podcasts also examines where the relevant rules regarding this area of law can be found and considers the impact of the Coroners and Justice Act 2009.
