This podcast provides an overview of 3 recent Court of Appeal judgments concerning the rights and obligations between landlords and their tenants. The cases address the status of a property and the right to enfranchise, the creation of a valid tenancy and a landlord's right to pursue an action against a corporate tenant in administration.
