In this CPDcast, Professor Alastair Hudson, author of the leading text, "The Law of Finance" (Sweet & Maxwell, 2013), discusses the financial regulatory structure which has emerged from the financial crisis.

We discuss the various roles of the regulatory bodies, the division of responsibilities and how these new bodies with accompanying powers seek to address the issues which contributed to the financial crisis in 2008.
