This podcast aims to provide users with an insight to the workings of the organisations that provide free legal representation to those who may not have the means to pay or are unable to obtain legal aid. Listeners will learn how pro bono must be understood as an adjunct to legal aid for it to work effectively. The podcast also gives a detailed analysis of section 194 of the Legal Services Act 2007.
