Course Aims:

The aim of the course is to teach listeners about the entire process from how and by whom each of the insolvency proceedings may be commenced right the way through to learning about possible exit mechanisms for each of the proceedings. This podcast is suitable for all levels of users.

Outcomes:
After completing the course you will:
  • Have learnt how and by whom each of the insolvency proceedings may be commenced;
  • Understand when a moratorium on other legal processes will arise where a company enters into liquidation, administration or a CVA;
