This two part CPDcast aims to provide an overview of the way data protection affects direct marketing strategies. In part two, the podcast examines other codes of practice which marketers must adhere to, recent cases in this area and the changes to the E-Privacy Directive which were adopted by the European Commission in 2009.
In this two part CPDcast series, Elizabeth Upton, an associate from Bird & Bird, considers the impact of data protection on direct marketing.
