This podcast, with mediation experts Stephen Walker and David Smith, is aimed at civil and commercial practitioners interested in how to physically prepare for mediation day. This will include practical advice as to how preparation will differ from normal litigation prep, what will need to be included in the mediation bundle, how to prepare a mediation statement and how good case preparation will ultimately help to achieve settlement.
