This podcast serves as a guide to the principal changes that have been made to companies' constitutional documents following the enactment of the Companies Act 2006.

It discusses how the changes affect existing companies and what transitional provisions have been made for new companies before the commencement of all the relevant sections of the new legislation.

Attention is also given to the rules applying to companies formed after 1st October 2009.
