Course Aims:

This podcast is aimed at those interested in banking law and financial regulation. It aims to explore the likely proposed reform to the MiFID regime regulating the market in financial products across the EU. This podcast aims to set out the reform proposals for MiFID with regard to the structure of the market in financial products, reporting and transparency.
