This podcast aims to introduce listeners to the work and function of public notaries. Notaries are a mysterious corner of the legal profession in England and Wales which is dominated by the main branches: solicitors and barristers. That said, notaries perform an important function in relation to international matters and documents needing to be used abroad.

Outcomes:
