In this podcast Giles Eyre discusses how to overcome problems with expert medical evidence in clinical negligence and personal injury claims. He will look at the difficulties encountered by medical experts and the problems this can cause in a case. He will then give some guidance as to how to assist experts in their role, what should be included in the letter of instruction, what documentation should be provided to the expert and how to approach joint statements.
