This course gives a detailed overview of partnership law, including the duties owed by partners to the partnership, and the consequences of any breach. The course focusses on partners leaving the partnership; practical steps that should be taken by the recruiting firm and the partners themselves, and what duties remain after leaving. An overview of the key case law in this area is included.
