The Payment Services Regulations are a significant landmark in EU Regulation and this podcast aims to summarise the content of the new rules. It aims to look, in particular, at the regulated activities covered by the Regulations, the requirements for the new category of payment institution, the issues relating to information requirements and the rights of both providers and consumers.
