This podcast aims to provide a practical guide to the initial steps practitioners should take in personal injury cases. It sets out the information required when drafting the claimant’s first statement including the importance of exhibits, witness evidence, witness statements and obligations set out under the Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 1995.
